CultiVida provides a rooted and holystic wellness approach that uses yogic and somatic practices for trauma-care and healing, emotional intelligence (EQ) development, stress management, self-actualization and embodied healthcare. Why holy? Because building the bridge from mind to body is sacred.
It takes patience, courage, dedication and deep compassion.
